- BSB20120 Certificate II in Workplace Skills (traineeship)
- BSB30120 Certificate III in Business (traineeship)*
*BSBOPS203 Deliver a service to customers is a level 2 unit and, therefore, does not map exactly to the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business qualification although, under the packaging rules, up to three units from a Certificate II qualification may be selected.
