completing monitor sheet with spellings of names and places

maintaining running sheet and master logs

clear indication of where openings and/or addresses start

clear indication and time when a judgment or ruling starts


Processing of tapes may include

returning all tapes or remaining tapes to the office

logging tapes into the electronic file management system
