Description
This unit of competency covers the skills and knowledge required to complete own work activities. This unit of competency applies to personnel who are required to have a working knowledge of the organisation and its processes, products, customers and competitors and to work effectively within organisation procedures. This is a general competency that is performed by all personnel. It applies to an individual working alone or as part of a team/work group and working in liaison with other team members and supervisors.This unit of competency applies to all areas of operation.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
