This unit of competency specifies the outcomes required to identify the structure of and investigate employment opportunities in the racing industry and the industries associated with or linked to racing. It applies to greyhound, harness and thoroughbred racing codes.The unit applies to individuals who are new entrants or seeking job opportunities in the racing and related industries. No occupational licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
