The practitioner is responsible for ensuring the available firing point technologies and equipment best meet the design outcomes of the required test.This unit was developed for personnel who are firing point specialists working within proof, experimental and trials organisations or original equipment manufacturers, but is applicable to any individual in this field of work.The skills and knowledge described in this unit must be applied within the legislative, regulatory and policy environment in which they are carried out.
