1. Plan and prepare for supervision of dredging operations
  • 1.1 Obtain, interpret and confirm work requirements
  • 1.2 Access, interpret and apply dredging operation documentation and confirm the work activity is compliant
  • 1.3 Identify potential hazards and environmental issues, implement control measures within scope of own role and escalate where required
  • 1.4 Identify team training needs and confirm required training is provided
  • 1.5 Select and wear personal protective equipment according to site requirements
  • 1.6 Access, share and clarify the geological and survey data with team members
  • 1.7 Prepare an implementation action plan
