This unit describes the performance outcomes required to gather, assess, record and store relevant information to assist in decision making in the course of the design, development and production of motor vehicles.It applies to those in an automotive manufacturing environment and involves the application of skills and knowledge at a specialist level.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
