Elements and Performance Criteria
1. Identify work requirements
  • 1.1 Workplaceprocedures for receiving and dispatching materials and components are identified and followed
  • 1.2 Vehicle components to be received and dispatched are identified from production schedule and confirmed against work sheets
2. Receive, check and dispatch materials
  • 2.1 Materials, components, tools and equipment are received and inspected against production requirements according to workplace procedures
  • 2.2 Materials, components, tools and equipment are dispatched to production as required
  • 2.3 Damaged or incorrectly received materials and components are identified, tagged and reported according to workplace procedures
3. Complete work processes
  • 3.1 Work areas are cleaned and re-supplied with stock as required
  • 3.2 Work sheets and workplace documentation are completed according to workplace procedures
