Description
The course provides training in the Supervisory,
Designing/Fashion Illustrating, Merchandising/Marketing and Wholesaling areas.
It provides the student with:
-the ability to develop expertise in Pattern-Making and Apparel Construction
-design skills and creativity in garment styling
-skills in a range of related areas to enhance their employment opportunities.
The course consists of a core in the areas of Apparel Construction,
Pattern-Making and Design and electives. Students will be able to undertake a
multi-disciplinary course of study by choosing subjects from the elective list
based on their occupational intent and interest.
