Description

The Tree Care Traineeship will provide training for people to enable access to
employment positions within organisations in the Tree Care/Tree Surgery area.
Trainees can also pursue further study in the horticulture or tree care/surgery
areas through articulation and credit transfer to TAFE Certificate courses.

Trainees should achieve:

-
competence in a range of tree care and horticultural skills

-
competence in a range of broad-based skills including calculations,
communication and first aid, and

-
proficiency in the key competencies at the level needed in the
industry concerned.
