The purpose of this module is to provide training for effective communication
in the workplace at a simple, routine and predictable level.

This module addresses National Training Board Level One.

On successful completion of this module, the participant will be able to
perform simple, routine and predictable workplace tasks associated with these
four learning outcomes:

-handling job-related information
-giving and receiving instructions
-participating in a small informal work group
-dealing with clients.
