Description

The Certificate III in Leadership Development is a course which may be customised to a specific industry or community environment. The Certificate III in Leadership Development is a pathway to the Certificate IV in Leadership Development course and could provide entry into Certificates III and IV of other Accredited Courses and Training Package qualifications.

Schedule
To achieve the Certificate III in Leadership Development participants must successfully complete a total of 13 units, comprising of 9 core units (360 nominal hours) and 4 elective units (minimum of 80 nominal hours).

2. Elective units

Select 4 elective units from any endorsed Training Package or Accredited Course at AQF Level 3 to bring the course up to a minimum of 440 nominal hours.
Elective units to be a minimum of 80 nominal hours. (One elective unit may be chosen from AQF Level 2 or AQF level 4)
Elective units should be relevant to the key client group, job outcome, local industry requirements and the qualification level.
