Description
To provide entry level skills and knowledge in the Baking, Pastrycooking and
Breadmaking trades.
To provide participants with immediately usable knowledge and skills which may
enhance their employment options in the industry and enable them to make an
informed choice of vocation.
To provide an alternative pathway for persons seeking entry into an
apprenticeship in Baking, Pastrycooking or Breadmaking.
