* Practical Examination Microscopy - set up Kööhler. Illumination for
400x on a specimen within 20 minutes (notes may be used).

* Practical Examination Photography - Expose ten exposures of black and
white film adequately, under different lighting conditions, with due regard to
focus, depth of field and shadow areas.
