Description
To develop proficiency in the use and maintenance of
the bromide camera and processing unit, and to use
the variety of materials that are available for use
in a bromide camera.
To develop the handskills for spotting, retouching,
lining-in and deep-etching full-tone photographs,
for display purpose and photomechanical
reproduction.
To understand the procedures from the conceptual development of an idea,
through working roughs, clients visuals, to the finished art stage.
Familiarise students with an airbrush, and be able
to carry out basic photo-airbrushing work.
