Description
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to identify the features and conditions of an extraordinary driver’s licence. This includes applying for an extraordinary driver’s licence, the conditions that may be placed on the licence; the factors that may affect the ability to gain an extraordinary licence and the penalties for breaching the conditions; road rules and driving safety factors as described in the traffic authorities driving handbook.
