Continuous assessment by the Fieldwork Supervisor at the Centre based on the
student's ability to satisfy a set of
performance criteria established for working with people with disabilities.
The performance criteria are listed in an Information Booklet supplied to the
fieldwork supervisor. This list will be completed by the supervisor during the
course of the fieldwork and discussed with the student.
Assessed on a pass/conditional pass/fail basis according to the scoring
criteria set out in the Information Booklet.
The completion of practical assignments undertaken while on fieldwork.

-Observation Report
-Safety and First Aid Assignment.
Assessed on a pass/conditional pass/fail basis.
Students must obtain a conditional pass or higher in both sections of the
internal assessment.
