Description
To enable the learner to develop communication skills to effectively research
and apply for suitable employment, evaluate individual performance in the job
application process and to establish a personal career plan.

This module aligns with the ABG506 Job Seeking Skills and Career Planning and
NCS003 Job Seeking Skills modules.
Range of Variables
Delivery will take place in a classroom or other conducive learning
environment. Strategies should be selected to reflect the nature of the
learning outcomes and the needs of the learners. Some areas of content may be
common to more than one learning outcome and therefore integration may be
appropriate.

The learner is required to demonstrate competency in each of the learning
outcomes in line with the assessment method shown.

This module is to be assessed internally using competence as a measure of
learner achievement.

Assessment will be based on:
