Description
To develop an understanding of Mineral Dressing
methods, and a basic knowledge of the equipment used
for ore comminution, and the concentration of the
mineral content of common economic ores, including
coal.

To instruct in the use of chemical and mineral formulae for the theoretical and
actual determination of metal and mineral content of ores.
