NOTE: A pass must be gained in both sections.
Written Examination
One two-hour end-of-semester
examination consisting of:
- 20 objective form questions at 1 mark
each 20 marks
- 5 short answer questions at 6 marks
each 30 marks
Practical Assignments
- One written report about 750 words 5 marks
- One 16mm animated or time-lapse
sequence 15 marks plus soundtrack and
script/storyboard 5 marks
- One 16mm film containing synchronous sound footage in the
sound track 18 marks
and script/storyboard 7 marks
NOTE:
The full specifications for all the assignments are given in the subject
guide.
