This is a training program that leads to the completion of the FDF03 Food Processing Industry Training Package qualification FDF20103 Certificate II in Food Processing. This is a pre-apprenticeship pathway that provides a learning/training program for Retail Baking.

This program has been designed to accommodate a Transforming The Trade (TTT) delivery mode for apprenticeship qualifications in Retail Baking.
