This training program is a representation of the qualification code HLT60702 taken from the Health Training Package HLT02 which should be consulted for full description of requirements. HLT02 is endorsed until 31/12/2004.

1. The Advanced Diploma course will embed the delivery and assessment of common and core units of the Certificate IV
in Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation. The following table shows the alignment of Certificate IV units to the Advanced
Diploma units. Assessments for these units must reflect the elements and performance criteria for both qualifications.

2. The first Aid units in this course, Apply Basic First Aid and Apply Advanced First Aid are replaced by a Senior First Aid
Certificate, which applicants must gain within the first 8 weeks of entering the course. Students will not be able to
undertake any practical or clinical activities without the Senior First Aid Certificate. Credit recognition will be given to
the First Aid units of this course upon documentary proof of a current Senior First Aid Certificate, which meets the
Australian Resuscitation Council Guidelines.
