Total number of units = seven (7)
- five (5) core units plus
- two (2) elective units recommended for packaging at Certificate I or II level from this or any endorsed Training Package or State/Territory accredited course.

Elective units must be relevant to work undertaken in the forest and forest products sector of the industry
