This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to support group and community changes in resource management.This unit applies to those who support change management processes in a group and community context. These individuals take personal responsibility and exercise autonomy in undertaking complex work and analyse, design and communicate solutions to sometimes complex problems.No occupational licensing, legislative or certification requirements are known to apply to this unit at the time of publication.
