This unit describes the skills and knowledge required by a board member to contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and culturally appropriate workplace culture.It applies to individuals responsible for monitoring and guiding the activities of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
