1. Plan, prepare for applying and monitoring the site water management plan
  • 1.1 Access, interpret and apply site water management plan documentation and ensure the work activity is compliant
  • 1.2 Access, interpret and share with team members the required geological, hydrological and survey data
  • 1.3 Prepare, in consultation, an action plan, in alignment with the site water management plan
  • 1.4 Acquire and provide the necessary resources
  • 1.5 Issue clear and timely instructions to team members and others involved
2. Monitor, adjust and report on execution of the plan
  • 2.1 Ensure safe, effective and efficient execution of tasks
  • 2.2 Monitor management plan performance
  • 2.3 Adjust work programs where required to achieve planned outcomes
  • 2.4 Complete and submit reports as required
  • 2.5 Recommend changes to improve safety, efficiency and effectiveness of the management plan
