Description

To provide accredited training at AQF 4 for those wishing to pursue employment as a property manager and for those existing property managers who wish to enhance their property management skills. The course will develop the skills and knowledge required to lease a range of residential, commercial and industrial properties in a manner that is consistent with legal requirements, current business standards, and client expectations.

It will also develop the skills and knowledge required to advise and negotiate with
clients and resolve their complaints and concerns
