* Students/Trainees must complete at least one weeks work experience in each of
the three industry
sectors to a total of 120 hours.
* 68020 - Work Experience (Hospitality, Tourism and Viticulture) requires
delivery resourcing of
30 hours for co-ordination and placement administration.

behalf of the Crown. Training providers who wish to deliver this program must
be
registered by their State accrediting body.
The owner of this course is the Midland College of TAFE on behalf of the
Department of Training and Employment. The course is accredited by the Training
Accreditation
Council (TAC) in Western Australia and has been placed on the National
Register as code 14756WA.
Amendments have been made to the 12/10/98 accredited version with the following
changes:
21252 Cultural Awareness and 95131 Mise-en-place and Food Preparation have
been deleted.
Changes were also made replacing 20879 with 21103, 23041 with 21112, 20878
with 21101,
20880 with 21100 and 20881 with 21102.
