Description
To provide participants with the skills and knowledge identified by the finance, insurance and property industry as being necessary for work in today's business environment.
The core provides basic computing skills, literacy skills, customer service skills and an understanding of occupational health and safety issues. Two streams are available - participants can specialise in either intermediate computing skills which provides higher level skills in this area or the business and finance stream which provides skills in numeracy, basic accounting and finance, and teamwork.
