Description
To give computer users an in-depth knowledge of and
sound practical experience with 4th-Generation
Languages, software - development tools, and a range
of specific application systems.
To provide sufficient knowledge of computer
applications, and the means of providing software
solutions for them, so as to allow end-users to
identify their own application problems together
with the kind of software tool that they can best
utilise.
To enable students to completely design software for their own application
problems.
To give students confidence and familiarity with a
variety of computing environments.
