1. CORE
NOTE: The following Core units at Level 1 - 3 are prerequisites. Core units do not have to be repeated if attained in FDF10198 Certificate I in Food Processing, FDF20198 Certificate II in Food Processing or FDF30198 Certificate III in Food Processing
2. ELECTIVE
NOTE: 12 units of competency are to be achieved at Level 4, comprising the following Level 4 Core Units PLUS 5 more units at least one of which is a Specialist Units and the balance taken from the Optional Units.

NOTE: The total hours for this qualification, if Certificate III in Food Processing has not been achieved must not exceed 1090 hours. If Certificate III in Food Processing has been achieved, the maximum number of hours for this qualification is 620. Any units selected must be relevant to the occupational outcome sought and should be appropriate to the AQF level.

providing approval has been given by the National Food ITC. Certain Specific
Units may have prerequisites
This training program is a representation of the qualification FDF40198 taken
from the Food Processing Training Package FDF98 which should be consulted for a
full description of the requirements. FDF98 is accredited until 31/07/2001.
