Description
The aim of the Diploma of Small Business Management is to provide a foundation for growth in small business. It is designed to equip the owner/manager to take the step from micro business to small/medium enterprise.
This program also provides essential skills training for those owner/managers who need to gain essential and/or additional knowledge and skills, in the areas of business planning and legal requirements necessary to establish or manage their business.
