Description

This course is specifically designed for employees who will work with little supervision or autonomously in natural, cultural and built conservation and environmental activities. The course addresses the needs of conservation, rehabilitation, environmental monitoring and management programs.

The course is also designed to allow access to people from other industry backgrounds who intend seeking employment in the natural and built environment, conservation or environmental activities or where an enterprise requires their employees to acquire knowledge and skills in these areas.

The course will provide:

- the development of skills (competencies) and technical knowledge
that are required training in natural, cultural and built environment
conservation, environmental monitoring and evaluation, pollution
prevention and control and cleaner production

- the development of the knowledge and appreciation of conservation
and environmental values and issues
