This is a qualification for those engaged in bus and coach operations job roles within the transport and logistics industry.
Job roles
Job roles and titles vary across different sectors. Possible job titles relevant to this qualification include:
fleet manager
operations manager
passenger service delivery manager
service delivery manager.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

Packaging Rules
A total of twelve (12) units of competency comprising:

- two (2) core units listed below, plus
- ten (10) general elective units from the general elective units listed below.

Up to two (2) of the general elective units may be selected from any relevant nationally endorsed Training Package or accredited course. The general elective units must contribute to the vocational outcomes of the qualification.

Where imported units are selected, care must be taken to ensure that all prerequisite units specified are complied with.

Where a prerequisite is attached to a unit it is identified by a symbol on training.gov.au.
