The WADTE and approved RTOs will be participating in a pilot program in 2001 for entry level training articulating into traineeships and apprenticeship. The RTO must be specifically approved by the WADTE and the Metals Consortium (WA) to access the funding for the pilot program listed below. This is not for general enrolment or VET in Schools. The pilot will be monitored to ensure the outcome is achieved. The overall pilot Qualification hours will be 908 which includes 72 hours of Stream 2000 funding.
