This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in a customer service context who apply a broad range of skills including evaluation and planning, and who may provide leadership and guidance to others, with some responsibility for group outcomes.

This training program is a representation of the qualification code CUE40203 taken from the Entertainment Training Package which should be consulted for full description of requirements. CUE03 is endorsed until 30 November 2006.

3. This qualification was entered on to the STARS by the VET Teaching and Learning Directorate, Department of Education and Training on 1 August 2005.

This qualification was updated on 19 September 2008 by the DET to reflect a national continuous improvement version change. The change mostly consisted of removing Key Competencies which were replaced by Employability Skills in all units. Accordingly, all CUE03 units within this qualification received a new national code (i.e., B or C version) and a new TAFEWA ID unit number. The program outline reflects Version 3.1 update.
