Description
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who perform a range of tasks relating to managing tyres in the automotive industry.

Packaging Rules
Total number of units = twelve (12)- seven (7) core units, plus
- five (5) elective units, of which:
- up to five (5) units may be chosen from the Elective Units listed below
- up to two (2) units may be chosen from a Certificate II qualification or above in this Training Package or another endorsed Training Package or accredited course, provided that the units chosen contribute to the vocational outcome of this qualification and do not duplicate the outcome of another unit chosen for the qualification.

Entry Requirements
Those undertaking Certificate III in Automotive Tyre Management must have completed AUR21916 Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology, or be able to demonstrate equivalent competency.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.
Traineeships and Apprenticeships
Part-time is defined as a minimum of 20 hours per week.
