Description
To prepare students wishing to embark on an office
career.
Graduates will be equipped with a foundation level of typing,
word processing and communications skills required for coping with the demands
of the general office, but will be able to pursue specialisation in the roles
of receptionist, clerk typist, secretary, word processor or stenographer, by
way of a range of elective studies.
The course has been designed with the aim of
developing flexibility in these essential skills and
knowledge as required for working in
Commercial/Business Offices and to meet the goals,
aspiration and abilities of individual students by
providing a number of elective options.
